Oboro (朧) is a major recurring antagonist throughout the Taimanin Arc of the Mahou Kaiju Series. She is known prominently as the one and only, affirmatively definitive arch-nemesis of the Strongest Taimanin Asagi Igawa.

After years of waiting, Oboro, under the command of her superior Edwin Black, commences her plans to exact her vengeance against Asagi, the one who defeated her.

Oboro is resurrected as a vampire and is less than impressed to see that her position of tormenting Asagi is taken up by none other than a clone of herself created by Dragon, the mastermind behind the disappearances of various Taimanin including Saya.
Kaiju World War: Part 1[]
Taigaia vs. Senryuukaku[]
It is soon revealed that Oboro is actually a clone all along. In fact, she is created from the DNA of the missing Taimanin Oboro Koukawa who as of the moment is taking a persona of a masked vigilante.
Kaiju World War: Part 3[]
An apparition of the false Oboro appears before Asagi as a manifestation of her greatest fears and despair, when she along with many other heroes fighting the Final Gods at the time were trapped within the Multiversal Labyrinth.
Personality[]
Oboro is a criminal psychopath, lacking empathy and gets sadistic joy humiliating others. She is arrogant, vindictive and gets very unhinged violent if things don't go her way.
She forms short term alliances with promises, that she will break later on for her own selfish gain. Oboro gains extreme satisfaction and pleasure for causing other people humiliation and pain, making her act like a sadistic dominatrix.
Her devotion and love for Edwin Black is only topped by her extreme hate for Asagi, which at times will result in her disobeying orders just to hurt Asagi more.

Edwin Black[]
She loves, fears and follows Black command, but will at times talk out of line which result in punishments. Black sees her as useful, but finds her methods overly cruel and crude, having little personal interest in her outside of her use of turning into Asagi to his side.
Asagi Igawa[]
As the archenemy of the powerful Taimanin, she takes pleasure in torturing and seeing Asagi in pain and would stop at nothing to make her life a living hell.
