Romanized Lyrics Edit

Original Japanese lyrics Romanized Lyrics English dub lyrics

Namida korae nagara
Anata wo omou no
Itsumo katawara de
Mima motte kureta

Mō sono hito ni aenai
Koko ni wa inai
Omokage shinobu no wa
Yume dakena no

Moshi kanau nara
Mōichidō koe wo
Hagemashi no kotoba wo
Kakete hoshī no

Itsumo atatakaku
Yasashikatta anata
Ima wa, tsumetakute
Ohaka no naka

Donna ni osaetemo
Namida afureru

Demo mō sabishisa ni tae

Asu ikiru chikara wo

Kono kurushimi, kanashimi ni
Wakare wo tsugeru tame ni

Dōzo… ataete… chikara wo……

You were once my one companion
You were all that mattered
You were once a friend and lover
Then my world was shattered

Wishing you were somehow here again
Wishing you were somehow near
Sometimes it seem if I just dream
Somehow you would be here

Wishing I could hear your voice again
Knowing that I never would
Dreaming of you won't help me to do
All that you dreamed I could

Passing bells and sculpted angels
Cold and monumental
Seem for you the wrong companions
You were warm and gentle

Too many years, fighting back tears
Why can't the past just die?

Wishing you were somehow here again
Knowing we must say goodbye
Try to forgive teach me to live
Give me the strength to try

No more memories, no more silent tears
No more gazing across the wasted years

Help me… say… goodbye…

Usage Edit

The mysterious cloaked man that has been wandering between the surface world and Yomihara walks around the grass fields near the city limits of Kyoto. He walks alone while remembering the soothing voice of his beloved, and wonders what she would sound like if she sang a song that misses his embrace. Near the end of the song, he comes across the place where the samurai dragon Amatsu was thought to have been killed fifteen years ago, with the same ground where his sword Onimaru impaled and never moved, with plants, trees and flowers covering its lower parts.
