The Final Gods (終断極神 Shūdankyokushin , Final Forbidden Ultimate Gods) are the most powerful entities in existence, described a loose pantheon of boundless and supremely all-powerful extra-dimensional beings and the final, most dangerous and ultimate threats faced in the Mahou Kaiju Series. They only appeared in the series finale Kaiju World War: Part 2, although their agent, Quasar Estes is an antagonist through the Kaiju World War Arc. Living outside the borders of reality, they are the creators and superiors of the Forbidden Gods, beings who are already far more powerful than the currently existing gods. Basically, they are to the Forbidden Gods what they are to the universe.
Needless to say this makes the Final Gods so utterly alien and vast that no living being, human or god, could even dream of beginning to understand them, though many have tried. Unlike the Forbidden Gods, where a few of them are known or even worshiped, they are completely unknown to the sentience of the known universe and trying to grasp their true forms is nearly impossible for even Earth's most powerful heroes and gods.
List of Final Gods
|El Millennium||It is unknown what it originally was, but given its abilities, it was a kaiju that was able to absorb energy and power and continued to grow infinitely until it became so powerful that it consumed entire universes.|
|Quasar Estes||Known as the King of the Forbidden Gods, he is often mistaken to be a Forbidden God himself when he's actually from a much higher plane of existence.|
|Quasarmageddon Chaos||It is the supreme ruler and the most powerful of the Final Gods and the final enemy of the Mahou Kaiju Series.|
|Tetradaolothon||The Render of Veils, it dwells in dimensions beyond the three mankind knows.|
Merciless and cruel beyond imagination, they seek only "to twist reality into a realm of eternal torment", and ultimately to devour all matter and energy and eventually, all of existence itself, including all universes. However, only the most powerful of the Final Gods can actually manifest in the physical universe, and only for limited amounts of time for their energies quickly seep into nothingness; thus they must consume endless amounts of matter and energy to maintain their presence. Like the Forbidden Gods, the Final Gods are completely mindless and amoral, meaning completely ignorant of anything orderly or resembling morality. As such, they disregard any consequences or fallout from their actions that could result in the destruction of many planets, galaxies or even universes.
Though they are classified as a pantheon ruled by a leader, not all Final Gods necessarily have the same motives. They may have their own personalities and own goals.
- Since the Forbidden Gods are treated as being based on the Great Old Ones, the Final Gods are based on the Outer Gods from Lovecraftian literature.
- One of the alternate names of the Outer Gods are "the Ultimate Gods", which is basis for latter two of the four kanji from the Final Gods' Japanese name kyokushin (終断極神, Ultimate Gods).
