Yomihara (ヨミハラ) was an underground city created by Nobunaga Oda, located 500 meters below Tokyo within the Earth's crust. A place of debauchery and depravity, it is where many crime lords and corrupt politicians take refuge in and are free to do whatever they want without consequence, as well as the dwelling place of brothels such as Under Eden, drugs, black markets and human trafficking.
It is a prominent setting of the movie Kaiju of Retribution Tatsura. The place is said by Asagi Igawa to be even worse than Tokyo Kingdom.
